Hermetic pumps with magnetic coupling.
Since 2002, the plant has been producing modern hermetic vertical and semi-submersible electric pump units with a magnetic coupling of the VNG-c-E type.
Sealed electric pump units with a magnetic coupling are designed for pumping hydrocarbons, neutral, aggressive, toxic, as well as explosive and flammable liquids in stationary conditions, the vapors of which can form explosive mixtures with air. Electric pump units are used in oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, gas processing plants, etc.
Hermetic pumps have a number of progressive solutions:
- Magnetic couplings that transmit torque from the electric motor directly to the pump rotor under the influence of a magnetic field.
- Wear-resistant sliding bearings made of silicon carbide, lubricated and cooled by the pumped liquid.
